Sr Flutter App Developer Location: Remote (Global) HQ: Bellevue, WA Team: Engineering Type: Full-Time Deferred Compensation + Bonuses We’re looking for a Sr. Flutter App Developer who can build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong API integration skills, and a passion for clean, scalable architecture. This is a remote-first role with deferred compensation until 60 days post-MVP launch, plus equity, bonuses, and annual offsite perks. We value speed, ownership, and collaborative energy. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time data streams • Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across iOS and Android • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions • Contribute to UI/UX decisions and ensure pixel-perfect implementation • Write clean, testable code and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases • Help shape mobile architecture and tooling as we scale What You Bring • 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with 2+ years in Flutter • Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) • Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs •Familiarity with mobile performance profiling and debugging tools • Understanding of mobile design principles and accessibility standards • Bonus: Experience with automated testing, analytics, and release automation Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay range: Annually depending on experience, location, and portfolio strength • Deferred compensation model: All development team compensation is deferred until 60 days post-MVP launch to align incentives—everyone is focused on shipping fast • Annual performance bonus (significant portion of total comp) •Milestone bonuses tied to product delivery • Health, dental, and vision plans for U.S.-based hires • Annual paid offsite (Caribbean, Hawaii, ski destinations) Why Join Us You’ll be joining a lean, driven team at a pivotal moment—helping shape the product, culture, and engineering standards from the ground up.
