The Role The Senior Sourcing Manager, Finished Goods, is a strategic leader within Logitech Global Operation team. In this role, you will spearhead sourcing and supplier management initiatives focused on optimizing our supplier base, reducing total costs, and driving operational excellence across existing and new business ventures. In this role, you will: Formulate and implement specific sourcing and supplier strategies to optimize the supplier base and drive cost efficiency for both current and future business opportunities. Conduct market research and data analysis to gain critical insights for sourcing strategies and continuous improvement. Lead cost management initiatives, ensuring best-cost launches and continuous cost improvements after mass production to achieve year-over-year cost reduction, control, and containment targets. Build, maintain, and enhance successful supplier relationships, including providing constructive performance feedback and fostering open communication. Bring in value through collaborative innovation with suppliers, identifying and enabling opportunities for joint development, process improvement, and breakthrough solutions. Identify and proactively manage supply chain risks by developing and executing effective mitigation plans. Manage assurance of quality, supply, cost, service, and innovation across all global supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s standards. Ensure all sourcing activities comply with global and local regulatory requirements. Develop procedures for seamless coordination across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, operations, and quality. Assist with other relevant responsibilities and projects as assigned. Leverage AI-driven analytics platforms to support sourcing strategy, performance monitoring, and supplier innovation Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: Proven success in developing and executing sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost management. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to drive collaborative innovation with suppliers, and deliver value through joint development projects. Experience building and managing strategic supplier relationships, providing performance feedback, and ensuring continuous improvement. Experience identifying supply chain risks and creating effective mitigation plans. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities. Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical sourcing practices. Change management and process improvement focuses on adaptability and transformation abilities. Strong leadership and mentoring skills Understanding of sustainability, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards Ability to leverage AI tools for cost modeling, risk identification, and automation of sourcing operations Superior written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English/Mandarin are required Ability to effectively communicate in additional languages is a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required.
