Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Support
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the UKG system, including business rules, workflows, security roles, configured fields, and automation rules.
- Provide day-to-day HRIS support by processing workflow requests, resolving help desk tickets, and completing data imports and mass updates.
- Research and resolve system issues, process deficiencies, and unexpected results while recommending effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of system enhancements, releases, and best practices through UKG Community resources and ongoing learning.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, reporting, analysis, and data cleanup initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and support complex reports and dashboards.
- Create standard and ad hoc reporting solutions to support business objectives.
- Utilize reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights.
Integrations & Technical Support
- Support interface development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues.
- Maintain system security and support database management activities.
Project Management & Implementation
- Lead complex HRIS projects, enhancements, and system implementations.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities to ensure successful deployment of upgrades and releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, recommend, and implement new system functionality.
- Lead data conversion activities to support the organization's merger and acquisition growth strategy.
Training & Stakeholder Partnership
- Conduct training sessions for HRIS team members, stakeholders, and company leadership.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between business partners, vendors, and HR teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative technology solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of related HRIS experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting UKG systems strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of database management, system security, and HRIS administration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with advanced reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment while handling confidential information.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
Work Environment
This position may be remote or hybrid and requires a professional workspace that is free from distractions and background noise. Employees must comply with all applicable occupational health and safety standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

- Regularly communicate verbally and in writing.
