Job Summary

Disruptive Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Information System Security Officers (ISSO) to support cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and continuous monitoring activities for State. The Senior ISSO will work closely with system owners, security engineers, Security Control Assessors (SCAs), and other cybersecurity stakeholders to maintain system authorization documentation, collect and validate security control evidence, track vulnerabilities and remediation activities, and help ensure information systems remain compliant and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RMF authorization packages and continuous monitoring across approximately 70 production systems.
• Manage vulnerability and risk management, including supply chain risk (C-SCRM) coordination.
• Track remediation efforts and generate technical compliance reports.
• Supervise a team of ISSO analysts and specialists in cloud security, compliance/audit, and remediation support.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ISSO experience.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated NIST RMF / FISMA experience.
• Experience supporting 50+ systems.
