Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build advanced digital products.

We are developing a SaaS workforce management platform for our client in the UK healthcare sector. The system solves complex operational challenges for medical facilities by optimizing scheduling and staff management. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, leading discovery and delivery processes, and implementing AI-driven workflows.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products within an Agile development environment

  • Track record of defining, building, and delivering strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals

  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, backlog management, and user story creation

  • Strong analytical skills to track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators (e.g., CARR, retention, adoption)

  • Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the Product Management lifecycle for workflow automation, prioritization and delivery

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams, including leading sprint refinement and discovery sessions

  • Proficiency in creating clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product one-pagers.

  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive data-informed product decisions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams on product direction without formal authority

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up environment

  • Domain knowledge of the HealthTech sector or healthcare operations

  • Familiarity with workforce management software or enterprise scheduling applications

  • Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related technical discipline

  • Experience participating in B2B client meetings to demonstrate product value and gather technical requirements

Benefits

  1. Salary range: 5 000 – 5 833 £ / month

  2. Training budget: 500 £ net / year
