Job Summary The Senior Integration Solution Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of technical integrations across our ecosystem of banks, payment networks, money transfer operators, fintech partners, and enterprise clients. This role ensures seamless connectivity, compliance with global standards, and operational scalability. The individual will act as a bridge between business teams, Product, Engineering, Compliance and Legal ensuring integrations are delivered on time, to scope, and with high reliability. The incumbent partners with regional counterparts understand partner needs and document specific requirements and configurations. The incumbent also develops project plans and is accountable for the budget, timeline and status reporting for each of these integrated partner installations. They are directly responsible for working closely with the partners to facilitate testing, and they project manage the life cycle to final certification of the interface or integration as needed. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Design and document end-to-end integration solutions (APIs, SDKs, file-based, middleware). Provides detailed consultation and technical education to MoneyGram's partners and regional teams to determine integration/interface requirements for External, Banking/Wallet partners, Billers and Money Transfer Data File partners. Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), data formats (JSON, XML, ISO20022). Hands-on experience with payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, UPI, mobile wallets, card networks). Familiarity with one or middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO or any middleware) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of API gateways. Translate business requirements into technical specifications with clear data mapping. Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance in integration design. Evaluate partner capabilities and recommend optimal integration models. Champions technical needs to internal stakeholders. Technical SME for internal departments and regional teams. Partner & Client Onboarding Serve as the primary technical lead during partner integrations. Guide partners through discovery, sandbox testing, certification, and production go-live. Create and maintain reusable playbooks, checklists, and technical guides. Support Pre-sales discussions with technical solution design and feasibility assessments. Program & Delivery Management Own the full integration lifecycle from scoping to deployment. Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple integrations. Ensure error monitoring, and root-cause analysis for integration issues. Compliance & Security Work with Compliance and Risk to embed regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2). Ensure integrations meet security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, tokenization, encryption). Keep up-to-date with evolving global regulatory frameworks affecting payments and remittances. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to standardize integrations, reduce redundancy, and accelerate integrations. Establish metrics (time-to-integrate, error rates, partner satisfaction) and report regularly. Shares market feedback with Product Management to introduce, demonstrate, and promote technical enhancements to current and prospective partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Experience 8+ years of experience in integration management, solution architecture, or API-based connectivity (at least 3-4 years in fintech/payments preferred). Experience in technical and business product management or similar related field with knowledge of Java/C#/Python/.NET and XML technologies and web technologies. Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder integration projects in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications in this field are highly desirable Success Metrics Reduced time-to-integrate for new partners/clients.
