Ready to help us transform healthcare? Bring your true colors to blue.
What we need:
The Senior Manager, Adaptive, Learning, Enablement and Communication is a strategic change leader responsible for driving two critical target areas: the adoption and transformation of agentic AI tools for Sales Training and Development, and partnering with Commercial Operations leadership to craft clear, compelling narratives that document team achievements.
In this role, you will develop and drive adoption strategies that ensure client-facing teams effectively leverage modern sales tools and adaptive learning platforms to accelerate productivity and meet revenue goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between sales strategy, tools, and field execution during periods of transformation.
This position is eligible for the Flex persona.
Your Day to Day:
AI Tool Adoption & Sales Enablement
- Drive AI Platform Adoption: Support the rollout and adoption of agentic AI learning platforms designed to help sellers practice pitches, plan, and communicate with clients leveraging AI-driven recommendations, automation, and insights.
- Lead Enablement Programs: Develop and lead enablement programs that drive behavior change, workflow adoption, and leverage multi-modal technology platforms.
- Design and execute detailed adoption plans including multi-channel communications and support strategies that are tailored to effectively inform, engage, enable, and motivate the Commercial Markets division.
- Partner with training leads on the design/development of learning modules to increase use of platform features as needed.
- Champion Change: Identify, activate, and partner with early change agents and pilot teams to test, refine, and scale new tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Serve as the critical link between sales strategy, enablement tools, and field execution during periods of transformation.
Strategic Communications & Storytelling
- Craft Executive Narratives: Write executive-level updates, newsletters, presentations, and speeches that perfectly match the leader's voice.
- Synthesize Commercial Markets Operations : Gather data, project milestones, and team wins to create concise performance summaries, turning raw data into clear, compelling points.
- Communicate Out: Distribute key messages and progress reports to internal leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a key contributor to, and/or owner of, Commercial Market Operations communication activities; own the format, content development and follow-through for recurring senior leadership divisional events (i.e. divisional meetings).
- Manage Communication Campaigns: Develop, deploy, and project-manage communications tied to Commercial Operations vision, strategy, and culture—from messaging through field activation, reinforcement, and measurement.
Leadership, Governance & Analytics
- Lead the development and day-to-day management of a communications Consultant role, providing hands-on coaching, performance support, and targeted improvement plans.
- Establish Governance: Build engagement models with subject matter experts (SMEs) to simplify and standardize content, and establish a governance structure that keeps content current and aligned with evolving AI capabilities.
- Track Performance (KPIs): Define and track Key Performance Indicators for tool adoption, engagement, workflow compliance, and seller productivity.
- Analyze and Refine: Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales teams to refine programs, identify gaps, and surface opportunities to improve platforms.
What You Bring:

- 7+ years in communications and training roles related to technology, enablement, and/or sales.
- Knowledge of AI-driven enablement practices, including AI role-play simulators, personalized learning paths, and using conversation data for targeted coaching.
