LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network, built to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We're also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that's built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed.

Join us to transform the way the world works.

This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Customer Zero Lead serves as LinkedIn Marketing's primary product testing and adoption partner, helping validate, operationalize, and scale new products, features, and capabilities across LinkedIn Marketing.

This role partners closely with Owned Media, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to execute Customer Zero testing programs, evaluate new capabilities in real-world marketing environments, and provide actionable feedback that improves product experiences and readiness. Working directly with the teams that will ultimately use these products, this individual helps ensure new capabilities solve real marketer needs, fit within existing workflows, and can be successfully adopted and scaled across LinkedIn Marketing.

Success in this role requires a combination of product curiosity, hands-on testing expertise, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate can translate testing insights into clear recommendations, influence product development through structured feedback, and develop scalable adoption strategies that help successful products and capabilities drive value across LinkedIn Marketing. Success requires balancing the needs of Product teams seeking actionable feedback with the needs of marketers who will ultimately adopt and scale these capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own LinkedIn Marketing's Customer Zero program, serving as the primary connection point between Owned Media and Product teams for product testing, feedback, adoption, and scaling.
  • Partner directly with Owned Media teams to understand marketer workflows, gather product feedback, identify adoption requirements, and ensure new capabilities can be successfully integrated into day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Design and execute testing plans that validate product functionality, marketer workflows, usability, and business impact prior to broader release.
  • Partner with Owned Media, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to validate new products, features, and capabilities through structured Customer Zero testing programs.
  • Serve as the voice of the marketer by translating campaign execution experience, workflow needs, operational challenges, and customer feedback into actionable product recommendations.
  • Build deep hands-on expertise in emerging products and capabilities by testing solutions within real marketing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve product performance, usability, and marketer adoption.
  • Collect, synthesize, and communicate qualitative and quantitative testing insights that inform product enhancements, readiness, and go-to-market planning.
  • Define adoption and scaling strategies for validated products, features, and workflows, partnering with Owned Media teams to translate successful pilots into repeatable marketing practices.
  • Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, enablement programs, and best practices that accelerate adoption and operationalization of successful products and capabilities across marketing teams.
  • Stay informed on evolving marketing technologies and platform developments to provide context for product testing, feedback, and adoption recommendations.
  • Document and communicate testing outcomes, adoption insights, product feedback, and scaling recommendations to marketing, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted feedback partner to Product and Product Marketing teams, helping ensure products are built with marketer needs, workflows, and adoption considerations in mind.
