Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Operations

Salary Range: $100,000–$115,000

Full-Time | Remote | Reporting to Director of Marketing

Who We Are

Proactive Health is a profitable, fast-growing Health AI and Remote Patient Monitoring company improving the lives of seniors. We combine advanced biometric technology with a deeply human approach to care, giving seniors, their families, and their clinical providers the insights and support they need to stay healthy, avoid hospitalizations, and age with dignity.

We work with physician groups, health systems, clinical practices, and senior-care organizations across multiple states. We have grown by doing great work quietly. Now, we are building the marketing engine needed to grow louder, smarter, and more efficiently.

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale role for a growth marketer who is as comfortable inside HubSpot and Salesforce as they are launching a paid campaign.

You will work alongside the Director of Marketing to turn an emerging foundation into a measurable, repeatable growth engine. You will build campaigns, improve our technology and data infrastructure, and create the feedback loops that help us understand what is working, what is not, and where to invest next.

This is not a role where you will inherit a mature demand-generation playbook, a large team, or years of clean benchmark data. The right person is both a builder and an optimizer: someone who can configure a workflow, diagnose funnel performance, adjust media spend, and improve lead follow-up without waiting for every step to be defined.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and optimize integrated growth campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, landing pages, direct mail, account-based marketing, events, and emerging channels.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution, including testing, conversion tracking, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance optimization across a six-figure annual budget.
  • Build and manage email and lifecycle programs across partner and patient audiences, including nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, event follow-up, segmentation, and triggered communications.
  • Own the day-to-day administration and continued development of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, forms, lead scoring, campaign management, database health, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary marketing-side owner of the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, ensuring lifecycle stages, lead statuses, routing, attribution, and data flows remain accurate and scalable.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reporting across funnel health, conversion, campaign quality, pipeline contribution, enrollment outcomes, CAC, payback, and ROI, then turn those findings into recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead qualification, handoff, follow-up, and feedback loops, and surface process breakdowns before they undermine campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign-related website and landing-page updates in Webflow, improve forms and conversion paths, and support ongoing conversion-rate optimization.
  • Process, enrich, route, and report on event leads, and help evaluate the effectiveness of events, sponsorships, direct mail, and other field-marketing programs.
  • Establish campaign taxonomy, UTM standards, documentation, testing processes, and operating workflows that allow the marketing function to scale cleanly.
  • Use AI and automation to increase execution speed, improve analysis, and reduce repetitive work while maintaining sound judgment and quality control.

What We Need

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of experience across growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or related B2B or B2B2C roles.
  • Expert-level HubSpot Marketing Hub proficiency; you have built workflows, scoring models, segmentation, campaigns, and reporting rather than simply used them.
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency from a marketing and funnel-management perspective, including campaign architecture, reports and dashboards, lead and contact management, routing, attribution, and data hygiene.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing paid-search and paid-social programs with direct accountability for strategy, execution, conversion tracking, and budget performance.
  • Experience independently managing a six-figure annual marketing budget.
  • Strong command of funnel metrics, campaign attribution, conversion optimization, lead scoring, CAC, payback, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Ability to build useful reporting and explain what the data means to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to build reliable lead-management and handoff processes.
  • A builder’s mindset; you are energized by creating structure where little exists and do not need a large team or established playbook to make progress.
  • A test-and-learn approach and the ability to make decisions using incomplete or evolving data.
  • An AI-native working style, using AI regularly to increase speed, quality, and leverage.
  • Strong project-management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong Preferences

  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, Medicare, remote patient monitoring, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience in a partner-led or referral-based B2B2C model.
  • Hands-on Webflow experience.
  • Experience with account-based marketing, direct mail, events, or geographically targeted campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, Zapier, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to draft and edit campaign copy when needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with performance upside tied to outcomes you can meaningfully influence.
  • Full benefits package.
  • A remote work environment with direct access to marketing and company leadership.
  • Meaningful ownership over the technology, campaigns, and reporting that will shape Proactive Health’s next stage of growth.
  • The opportunity to build a growth engine rather than maintain someone else’s playbook.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000–$115,000, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus and full benefits. We expect most offers to fall between $105,000 and $110,000, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.

Proactive Health is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
