- Lead cross-functional programs from approved concept and business case through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization across stakeholders, regions, functions, and external partners
- Partner with Finance and initiative owners to validate business cases, establish benefit baselines, identify savings opportunities, and track ROI against AOP targets
- Implement AI, analytics, automation, and digital capabilities identified in the strategy to improve decision quality, productivity, customer experience, and supply chain performance
- Manage program governance, integrated workplans, dependencies, risk mitigation, decision forums, and executive reporting to ensure transparency, pace, and accountability
- Lead change implementation, including stakeholder mapping, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment metrics
- Communicate implementation decisions, risks, progress, and business outcomes to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Translate scenario analyses and strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans that support long-range supply chain priorities and executive decisions
- Coordinate execution across concurrent initiatives to resolve dependencies, avoid duplication of effort, and enable scalable, enterprise-wide solutions
- Track implementation KPIs, adoption measures, milestones, and realized benefits to identify corrective actions and support continuous improvement
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience leading supply chain transformation, strategy implementation, operations, consulting, or related work
- Working knowledge of network design, logistics, sourcing, distribution operations, and the practical considerations required to implement change across these areas
- Strong understanding of program management, financial modeling, business case execution, benefits realization, and KPI performance management
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex strategies and data into practical actions, decisions, and implementation plans
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional implementation and influence without direct authority
- Ability to manage multiple interdependent initiatives, resolve ambiguity, and maintain execution momentum in a fast-paced global environment
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present implementation status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to senior leadership
- Collaborative, action-oriented team player with a strong change leadership and continuous improvement mindset
