For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.

Smartsheet is seeking a dynamic, analytical Sr. Manager, Strategy and Business Operations to drive strategy, execution and growth for Brandfolder by Smartsheet. As the General Managers's right hand, you'll enable strategic decision-making, run operations and help drive transform strategic goals into measurable outcomes in a high-visibility, high-accountability, high-velocity role. Brandfolder is at a pivotal moment, transforming our value proposition, GTM, and product lineup for the agentic era, and you will use sharp business acumen and emotional intelligence to help turn goals into results.

YOU WILL

Strategy Planning and Operations

  • Partner with the GM to build strategic plans - product strategy, roadmap, revenue retention, growth and customer value delivery
  • Lead the annual strategic and financial planning process, connecting workstreams across Product, Finance, and GTM
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to track OKRs, initiative progress, and key adoption, retention, and growth metrics (including dashboards) throughout the year.
  • Help define pricing strategy and ratecards.

Leadership Team Operations

  • Serve as thought partner and force multiplier to the leadership team, keeping their time and decisions focused on the highest-leverage priorities.
  • Own the leadership operating system — staff meetings, offsites, MBRs, and board or executive touchpoints — ensuring each is purposeful and followed up on.
  • Prepare board, leadership, and investor materials, including narrative, structure, and supporting data.
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on budget and headcount planning, and support the coordination and reporting needs of global product and tech leaders without slowing functional velocity.

Communications and Culture

  • Build team-wide communications rituals — intranet, newsletter, town halls — and a regular cadence of R&D and company-wide blogs and presentations that drive shared understanding of strategy.
  • Monitor organizational health signals (sentiment, retention risk, cross-functional friction) and proactively surface them with recommended actions.
  • Craft and deliver key communications and presentations, including speaking engagements and leadership updates, that support internal and external alignment.
  • Run point on cross-functional projects and establish a standardized change management approach for transformation initiatives.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Build financial models and growth models to guide investment decisions.
  • Diagnose marketing and sales funnel conversion issues and make the right recommendations
  • Analyze customer behavior to shape product prioritization
  • Define the key metrics and build the right dashboards

YOU HAVE

  • 8+ years in strategy, operations experience in a SaaS business; management consulting or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
  • A proven track record building, scaling, and refining strategy and programs for complex businesses.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with organizational design, organizational behavior, and leadership or team development.
  • Strong data analysis skills — using metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement — with meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
