The Job:

As a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain AI Steward within Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in executing and scaling AI capabilities across Supply Chain. Working in a hybrid environment, you will act as the primary bridge between business users and IT, translating operational needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. Operating within the strategic direction and integrated roadmap, this role is responsible for identifying high-value use cases, designing and developing intelligent agents, and driving adoption of AI capabilities across planning, analytics, and decision-support processes.

You’ll get to:


Lead Supply Chain AI strategy execution and use case delivery

· Partner with Supply Chain leaders, functional experts, and IT to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases aligned to business strategy.

· Serve as the primary interface between business users and technical teams for AI capability development across platforms such as Kinaxis, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zenlytic, MCP, and Microsoft Foundry.

· Translate business problems into AI product requirements, user stories, workflows, and governance needs.

· Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives with diverse stakeholders and limited oversight.

· Drive experimentation, prototyping, and scaling of AI-enabled solutions that improve planning, decision-making, productivity, and operational visibility.

Build and steward AI agents and intelligent workflows

· Design, configure, test, and continuously improve AI agents and copilots that support Supply Chain planning, analytics, and business processes.

· Act as a hands-on maker and developer of agents, combining business process knowledge with technical fluency to create practical, user-centered solutions.

· Define agent behaviors, prompts, workflows, integrations, escalation paths, and success metrics to ensure solutions are reliable, useful, and scalable.

· Partner with IT and enterprise platform teams to enable secure integrations, data access, orchestration, and deployment of AI capabilities.

· Evaluate emerging AI tools and patterns to determine fit-for-purpose applications within the Supply Chain ecosystem.

Establish governance, adoption, and responsible AI practices

· Help define standards, guardrails, and governance for AI development and usage within Supply Chain, including data quality, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop decision processes.

· Ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with approved roadmaps, investment priorities, governance standards, and platform strategies

· Develop repeatable processes for intake, prioritization, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI use cases and agents.

· Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve data readiness, data availability, and process consistency required for AI success.

· Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes, using insights to refine roadmaps and investment priorities.

Enable data-driven decisions and organizational capability

· Lead development of AI-enhanced dashboards, insights, and decision-support tools that improve visibility and streamline operations.

· Provide strategic and ad hoc analysis to support Supply Chain leadership and transformation initiatives.

· Mentor analysts, product owners, and business partners in AI literacy, use case framing, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.

· Break down work for team members, contractors, and technical partners, ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered across multiple projects.

· Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and practical value creation.

Lead analytics development and insight delivery

· Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and business-facing analytics solutions using Power BI and Zenlytic.

· Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs that support Supply Chain planning and operations.

· Improve access to trusted, actionable insights through scalable, user-friendly, and well-governed analytics products.

· Identify opportunities to integrate analytics solutions with AI agents and copilots to streamline decision-making and business workflows.

The Person:

You are energized by learning, building, and leading through change. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and you know how to turn emerging AI capabilities into real business value. You are equally comfortable discussing planning workflows with business users, defining requirements with IT, and rolling up your sleeves to prototype or configure intelligent solutions. You bring strong judgment, curiosity, and a pragmatic mindset to innovation.

You also have:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, information systems, analytics, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data & analytics, digital product management, AI/automation, or related roles.

· 2+ years of experience developing, configuring, or enabling AI agents, machine learning and/or workflow-based automation solutions.

· Experience in Supply Chain Planning and strong understanding of supply chain processes, decision points, and operational workflows.

· Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across business and IT organizations.

· Experience translating business needs into technical requirements, product roadmaps, and scalable digital or analytics solutions.

· Familiarity with enterprise AI and analytics platforms such as Kinaxis, Microsoft Copilot, Zenlytic, MCP, Microsoft Foundry, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python strongly preferred.

· Proficiency in data and analytics concepts including data pipelines, semantic models, data quality, and integration design.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.

· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and rapid experimentation.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to serve as a translator between technical teams and business stakeholders.

· Experience mentoring analysts and leading matrixed teams, contractors, or external partners.

· Initiative, resilience, and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful outcomes.

· Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure, priorities, and momentum in evolving spaces.

The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00
