Vitamix is seeking a Sr. Marketing Associate is responsible for the hands-on execution of paid performance media and integrated marketing programs across Brand, Amazon, and retail partners. This role will work closely with Sales, eCommerce, creative, analytics and external agency and retail partners to coordinate campaigns, manage deliverables, monitor performance, and recommend practical optimizations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid media programs in partnership with agency teams, collaborating with Sales to align forecasts, goals, and business needs. Evaluate media recommendations, oversee creative asset development and approvals, and use performance insights to recommend practical test-and-learn opportunities that improve results.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution and performance of Amazon paid media, partnering with agency teams and Sales to align media strategies with business objectives. Oversee creative workflows and planning deliverables, evaluate recommendations, and identify opportunities to test, learn, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Execute paid media programs across current and emerging retail partners, including Wayfair, Target, and others, ensuring alignment with Sales forecasts and objectives. Coordinate creative assets, timelines, and approvals while using performance reporting to identify opportunities for testing and optimization.
  • Support the execution and optimization of affiliate and performance marketing partnerships, coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external partners. Identify opportunities to integrate affiliate, paid media, retail, social, and other channels to improve the customer journey and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, meetings, reporting standards, and cross-functional handoffs for assigned initiatives, maintaining accountability for deliverables from planning through completion. Proactively communicate risks, resolve roadblocks, and follow through on action items to keep work on track.
  • Manage purchase order creation and processing, maintain accurate budget trackers, and partner with the Brand Manager to monitor actuals, assess budget pacing, and support reforecasting. Proactively identify and communicate budget variances or potential risks.
  • Develop media performance reports that translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations. Contribute to test-and-learn strategies, annual media planning, and presentation materials across Brand, Amazon, and select retail accounts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

4 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, media, performance marketing, or a closely related discipline, preferably in a consumer brand environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid media across multiple channels, including paid search, Amazon advertising, and retail media
  • Experience working effectively with agency partners, including writing clear briefs, coordinating deliverables, evaluating recommendations, managing feedback, and following through on timelines and results
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, measurement, optimization, and performance reporting, with the ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Analytics and eCommerce teams to translate business goals into clear media actions and deliverables
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of independently organizing work, managing competing priorities, and moving deliverables forward across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor updates, recommendations, and trad-offs for a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheet-based analysis and presentation tools; comfortable working with media reporting platforms and dashboards

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequently
  • Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails
  • Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly

Amount of Travel Required: Up to 10% travel required
