Job Summary Job Title: Senior Marketing Cloud Analyst Department: IT Manager/Supervisor: Senior Marketing Automation Analyst FLSA Status: Exempt SOP Group: IT Position Overview: Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for global marketing automation efforts across Sales, Marketing and Customer Care initiatives. The Senior analyst will be a key functional consultant, leading project requirements gathering as well as performing system administration of our SFDC Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background working with marketing automation tools, specifically SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target. The candidate must have strong communication skills and understanding of marketing business process, while also having general technical skills to assist with design and implementation of appropriate technical solutions. Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering meetings with global marketing, customer care and other departments to define new campaign requirements Translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development & execution Perform ongoing maintenance of existing campaigns in Marketing Cloud Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately Serve as a contact for technical Marketing Cloud questions Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, testing, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements, projects and open production support tickets Build reports and/or assist marketing team with data demonstrating campaign ROI This role will be focused on campaign logic and implementation and less on the actual content creation, but knowledge of creating HTML forms and page layouts is a plus Stay abreast of current technology and seek out new tools that can be utilized appropriately Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 4-5 years of experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target Marketing Automation tool Developing/deploying Marketing Automation with an emphasis on process and detail to ensure data security, privacy and accuracy Skills and Competencies: Working knowledge of HTML to update or enhance marketing campaigns and content Marketing Cloud AMPScript familiarity & experience Working knowledge of SQL to build Data Extensions Knowledge of both acquisition and retention-based marketing campaign management and outbound email program administration Working knowledge of Salesforce.com for sales/marketing functions Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and its benefits Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on the new processes Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus Excellent communication skills are critical Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD), headquartered in Massachusetts, is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform.
