About Vantora

Vantora builds enterprise-grade AI companies alongside Fortune 500 partners to solve their toughest problems. We bring together world-class entrepreneurs, engineers, and operators to turn complex industry challenges into new companies, combining startup speed with the data, infrastructure, and market access of established enterprises. With over $100M in backing from Silversmith Capital Partners, we're building the next generation of AI-native businesses across transportation, logistics, energy, and industrial manufacturing.

The Role

This is not an ordinary field marketing role. As our Marketing & Events lead, you will turn Vantora's events, programs and campaigns into booked meetings with Fortune 500 executives. Our buyers are C-suite and transformation leaders at $1B+ North American companies in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, retail, transportation, logistics and more. They rarely respond to cold outreach, but they will show up for peers, well-curated rooms, and a compelling reason to talk.

This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting into our VP of Marketing, working closely with Sales and executive leadership. Your mandate is to own enterprise events end to end, and to run the integrated demand programs that surround them, so that every dinner, summit, sponsorship and campaign feeds measurable pipeline. You will bring deep B2B event marketing and demand experience, and a background in high-growth or startup environments.

What You'll Do

Enterprise events and executive programs
  • Own Vantora's events calendar end to end. That covers strategy, budget, venue, run of show, guest list, on-site execution and follow-up
  • Run our hosted flagship moments. These include private hangar events in our Santa Monica airport office, private CEO summits, and new formats as we scale.
  • Build and operate our Advisory Board, and design vertical executive dinners and roundtables
  • Manage third-party conferences, sponsorships and speaking slots in partnership with PR
  • Identify new target events based on target audience and verticals
  • Source and manage event sponsors and co-hosts

Integrated demand generation
  • Help build integrated campaigns that tie events, email, LinkedIn, PR moments and executive outreach to a single narrative and a direct call to action.
  • Turn milestones news into pipeline, curating targeted outreach with sales surrounding events and big announcements
  • Nurture leads through efforts such as our company newsletter and executive thought leadership (in partnership with PR)
  • Partner with analyst team on account signals and lists in HubSpot, Apollo and Clay, so campaigns reach named contacts at qualified accounts rather than generic blasts

Measurement and pipeline discipline
  • Vet every sponsorship, list or event offer against our ICP
  • Get every event's attendees and leads into HubSpot with clear Source and Campaign attribution
  • Set and maintain event budgets, review monthly in partnership with the VP of Finance
  • Report event and campaign ROI monthly and annually, measure results and report on CAC

Agencies, brand and operations
  • Manage our marketing vendors and keep them on brand, on budget and on schedule
  • Apply the new Vantora brand guidelines across event materials, swag, collateral and the website
  • Support Vantora’s portfolio companies' marketing leads with event strategy and launch playbooks where it helps the wider ecosystem

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years owning enterprise events. Examples include conferences and tradeshows, C-suite dinners, and invite-only summits
  • A track record of tying events to pipeline. You can show the meetings and revenue your programs influenced, not just attendance
  • Experience marketing to senior buyers at large enterprises, ideally public companies with revenue over $1B
  • Hands-on integrated campaign experience across email, LinkedIn, PR and executive outreach, with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation tool
  • Strong vendor and budget management. You have run agencies, venues and production partners, and have raised sponsorship dollars
  • Executive presence and judgment. You can brief a CEO, and manage a room of Fortune 500 operators
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the playbook where none exists, and can adapt in a startup environment
  • Fluency with AI tools for drafting, research and list building, used every day
