- Perform research and analysis related to markets, competitors, members, products, and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and member value.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders, product leaders, channel owners, and cross-functional partners to provide actionable insights that inform campaign planning, product strategy, segmentation, channel decisions, and resource allocation.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to design, measure, and evaluate experiments, A/B tests, pilot initiatives, and other test-and-learn efforts by comparing outcomes against goals, identifying performance drivers, and recommending data-informed optimizations.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insights that support campaign reviews, product performance discussions, executive updates, strategic planning, and decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
- Develop data visualizations and insight narratives that clearly communicate performance results, business implications, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources, platforms, and tools that enhance measurement, audience insights, attribution capabilities, and business decision-making; partner with stakeholders to introduce and integrate new data capabilities into reporting and analysis.
