You’ll drive strategic planning and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales, profitability, and inventory turn. Your Impact Develop and execute financial plans at channel, class, and style level to maximize sales and profitability Build weekly category sales and inventory plans that align with brand and channel goals Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities Create and oversee bottom-up style-color level sales and buy plans, ensuring alignment with top-down guidance Partner with Merchants and Planning Operations to secure product by market and influence sizing Present class and style level plans in DTC Investment Review for Teva Build regular price and markdown plans based on flow calendar and product strategies Collaborate with Wholesale and Supply Planning through buy review conversations Lead in-season Open-to-Buy reforecasting, ensuring optimal inventory position and responding to trends Quantify and communicate supply disruptions, pivoting strategies to achieve goals Share inventory positions and recommendations with ecommerce, marketing, and allocation teams Create and share financial results and reporting, presenting findings and action points in meetings Embrace continuous improvement and develop strategies to optimize business goals Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance in a retail environment Forecasting experience required Strong statistical analysis and communication skills Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and responsible approach Curious, flexible, action-oriented, and forward-looking problem solver Advanced Excel skills; systems savvy, familiarity with Oracle and Tableau preferred Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of merchandise planning and retail math, with ability to mentor junior team members What We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.
