The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

The impact you’ll make

The Marketing Manager within Services product line will drive activities as related to Equipment intelligence™ - developing a global product roadmap, managing customer communication, and partner engagements. The role is highly cross-functional, focused on interacting with global product groups, product management, regional account teams, corporate development and other supporting business functions within Lam.

What you’ll do

• Own Equipment Intelligence product marketing within the Services product portfolio, focusing on how such capabilities enhance service delivery, equipment performance, productivity, and customer value
• Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging that translate complex equipment intelligence, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities into differentiated service value
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities by engaging with customers and field teams to understand service challenges, unmet needs, use cases, adoption barriers, and emerging technology trends
• Partner across Product Management, Engineering, Field Service, and Sales to translate market needs into Equipment intelligence capability priorities, business cases, investment recommendations, and go-to-market plans.
• Drive market readiness and Equipment Intelligence adoption through customer and executive communications, field enablement, training, launch materials, and compelling use-case and value stories.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience, or master’s degree with 6 years of experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries
• Prior experience with thin-film deposition, etch, or similar technologies and a working understanding of plasma physics
• Combination of an engineering & a product development focused educational background or work experience
• Effective communicator and a problem solver with a reputation for getting things done
• Effective at articulating complex, technical subject matter into a big picture

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
