What You'll Do You'll serve as the primary advisor for borrowers and referral partners while driving the growth of your mortgage business. Supported by a strong operations team, you'll focus on building relationships, generating opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Originating purchase and refinance mortgage loans Expanding and strengthening relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners Managing an active pipeline while maintaining a high level of client service Developing strategies to increase market share and production volume Providing expert guidance on loan products and financing solutions Collaborating with operations, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to create a seamless borrower experience Maintaining compliance with lending regulations and company standards Serving as a trusted advisor in your local market What You'll Bring Success in this role comes from proven production, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
