Job Description Network Engineer: Minimum Requirements Azure Networking (VNET Integration, NSG Support, Subnet Support, Peering Support, Understanding and knowledge of Express Route configurations, backup VPN tunnels connections) Routing troubleshooting (BGP) – Mainly for supporting MPLS technology, as well as ensuring our automated failovers for ISP to MPLS utilize BGP for ensure route propagation is accurate. Firewall/VPN/NAT (Cisco ASA) – Support should include ability to handle ACL creation, troubleshooting deny/block issues, NAT/PAT, Split tunnel support, VPN Tunnel support for vendors/clients, and ability to utilize both GUI and CLI for support. Switching/routing (LAN) – ability to support VLAN configurations, turning up switches with baseline configurations and deployment, as well as ensuring ability to troubleshoot. Additional Skills which would be beneficial Fortinet (low effort to learn) Wireless – Primarily Cisco Traditional Wireless or Meraki Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP Windows Server experience including Virtualization for both VMware and Hyper-V. Azure support for cloud functions including but not limited to Deployment of a Virtual Machines, Setting up Storage accounts, Azure AVD support, backups through azure services, FSLOGIX support, Cloud migrations support and other items specific to base level server administration.
