Job Title: Senior Analyst, Partner Operations

Reporting to: Sr GTM Operations Manager

Location: Boston, MA or Remote US

Team: Revenue Operations

Overview

Quickbase is seeking a Senior Analyst, Partner Operations to own the operational foundation of our partner motion — the processes, data, and systems that make Quickbase predictable and easy to work with for our partners, and that make partner-sourced pipeline accurate and trustworthy for our business.

Our partner ecosystem is a growing source of new customer acquisition, and we're investing accordingly: a new partner program plus a move to a new partner relationship management platform. This role owns the operational side of that change.

You'll be the primary operations partner to our Channel Account Manager and Partner Success Manager, working across Sales and Customer Experience with a focus on driving new customer acquisition through partners. Alongside partner program and go-to-market leadership, you'll translate partner strategy into defined processes, system requirements, and measurement. Leadership decides what the partner motion becomes; you decide how it runs.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Frameworks & Process Design

  • Partner with go-to-market leadership to translate partner strategy into a working operating model — turning program design, tiering, and growth priorities into defined processes, system requirements, and measurement.
  • Define the end-to-end business process for the partner motion: partner onboarding, deal registration, lead submission and routing, opportunity attribution, co-sell handoff, and how partner attribution, credit, and account ownership carry through to renewal and expansion.
  • Own partner lead lifecycle management — qualified lead definition, SLA and routing rules, duplicate and conflict handling, stage definitions, and conversion measurement
  • Own the operational process behind partner incentives and rebates: qualifying criteria and revenue definitions, calculation and accrual cadence, validation against attribution data, payout workflow, and dispute resolution.

Partner Data & Attribution

  • Own the partner data model in partnership with our systems architecture team: partner account hierarchy and relationship types, partner user attributes, and sourced vs. influenced attribution logic
  • Define the reporting and analytical framework for partner performance, including partner-sourced pipeline and bookings, conversion by partner tier, and time-to-first-deal for newly onboarded partners
  • Develop data-backed insights and recommendations that inform the direction of the partner program — which partner profiles and tiers produce durable revenue, where the funnel breaks down, what distinguishes partners who ramp quickly from those who stall, and where program investment or design changes would have the most impact.
  • Translate those definitions into clear requirements for our data and analytics team to implement in our data warehouse and BI layer

Rules of Engagement

  • Author and maintain partner rules of engagement spanning partner-to-partner, partner-to-seller, and partner-to-customer-success interactions — registration precedence, protection windows, conflict escalation paths, and account overlap arbitration
  • Socialize and enforce those rules with Sales and Customer Experience leadership, and own the exception process and the audit trail behind it

Systems, Automation & AI

  • Serve as the business requirements owner for our partner relationship management platform, partnering closely with the systems team that administers it: define what the system must do, how it integrates with CRM and customer success platforms, the partner-facing experience implications, and the acceptance criteria for delivery
  • Identify and shepherd AI and automation use cases — partner lead enrichment and routing, deal registration validation, tiering calculations, partner-facing status notifications, and anomaly detection on attribution
  • Partner with our applied AI and analytics teams to move use cases from concept into production

Change Management & Enablement

  • Own the operational change plan from the current partner program and systems to the future state: current-state documentation, gap analysis, data migration and reconciliation requirements, cutover readiness, and rollback criteria
  • Build internal readiness in partnership with Enablement — role expectations, standard operating procedures, training, and communications
  • Own the partner-facing transition experience so that partners do not feel the seams of internal change

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 4-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner or Channel Operations, or a comparable go-to-market operations role
  • Strong CRM fluency, ideally Salesforce; working familiarity with partner relationship management or partner portal platforms
  • Experience defining cross-functional policy — rules of engagement, territory rules, or routing logic — with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable specifying requirements against a data warehouse and BI environment (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI) without owning the build

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience supporting a partner or channel motion, including deal registration, partner attribution, and co-sell processes
  • Experience as the business owner on a partner relationship management implementation or migration — writing the requirements, running the change plan, and partnering with a systems team on delivery, as distinct from administering the platform yourself

Core Skills

  • Systems thinker who designs scalable, end-to-end processes rather than one-off reports
  • Strong data modeling instinct; can reason about account hierarchies and attribution logic from first principles
  • Disciplined requirements definition — can run a working session and leave with something a systems or data team can build against
  • Change management capability, including stakeholder communication, enablement, and readiness planning
  • Sound judgment about where automation helps and where human intervention is necessary
  • Credibility and diplomacy with senior Sales and Customer Experience leaders; able to hold a position under pressure
  • Thrives in ambiguity and is energized by defining what does not yet exist
