WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
We are looking for an operational, analytical, and detail-oriented Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to support our global Commercial organization. In this role, you'll contribute to core planning, performance, and operational processes that help scale our Commercial team effectively and efficiently. This is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, building standard operating processes, and solving complex business problems through data and cross-functional execution.
You will partner closely with Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to ensure our Commercial organization is set up for success. The Sr. RevOps Analyst will report into our Director of RevOps.
You will:
- Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis on territories, quota, and KPIs performance across functions, regions, segments, and verticals
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and performance
- Analyze Commercial performance (e.g., win/loss, funnel, pipeline health) by translating business questions into data pulls, findings, and actionable recommendations
- Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RevOps function (e.g., data analysis, process development, reporting)
- Support operational initiatives to improve Commercial effectiveness and productivity (e.g., lead routing, pipeline generation, sales process)
- Execute Deal Desk workflows including structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals in partnership with Sales and Finance and improving overall deal desk workflows
- Oversee CRM data quality, field governance, and audit processes
- Contribute to change management and enablement efforts (e.g., generation of training materials and documentation)

You enjoy working with data to drive insights and decisions, while also building scalable processes and standard operating procedures that help teams operate more effectively. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where you can combine analytical thinking with strong execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
- Eastern or Central time zone preferred to support a global team
- Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and operationalize business processes at scale
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and other GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Chamelio)
- Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude) to accelerate RevOps workflows — including development of skills/workflows and dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting data and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and Commercial leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a high-growth environment
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated by operational excellence
COMPENSATION
This role pays $95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
