Title: Sr Operations Analyst
Reporting to: Director, GTM Operations
Location: Bangalore, India
Department: Sales Operations
Overview
Quickbase is seeking a Senior Analyst, Services Operations to serve as the lead operations partner for our Professional Services organization. Your primary charter is to make services delivery repeatable and predictable, its impact on customer outcomes measurable, and its capacity planning.
You will partner with the Services leadership team to define the frameworks, metrics, and models that we use to run the business. Your work will directly shape how we measure customer time to value, how we decide where to invest in services, and how our customer success teams recommend services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Partnership with Services Leadership
Your primary relationship is with the Services senior leadership team. You are their operations partner for planning, measurement, and decision support — bringing structure and evidence to capacity decisions, investment cases, delivery performance reviews, and the operating cadence that runs the business. When Services leadership needs to know how the organization is performing or what to do next, you are the first call.
From there, you extend that support into the delivery organization, tailoring what you build to how each role works, including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Account Managers.
Systems & Requirements Ownership
- Partner with the development team behind our professional services automation (PSA) platform to understand the product roadmap and translate it into downstream operational impact, including effects on customer success systems and workflows
- Own requirements gathering and definition with Services leadership, and carry those requirements proactively to our data and analytics team for implementation in our data warehouse and BI layer
Customer Outcome & Services Effectiveness Analytics
- Build the analytical framework for time to value on services engagements — definition, instrumentation, and segmentation by package, customer segment, and engagement type
- Assess the effectiveness of prior services investment through a customer outcome lens: adoption depth, retention and expansion, and support load reduction for serviced vs. non-serviced accounts
- Define the customer-success-facing services metric set — the signals that tell a Customer Success Manager when to recommend a services engagement, which package fits a given account, where in the customer lifecycle it lands best, and what outcome to hold the engagement to afterward
- Identify repeatable delivery practices that accelerate customer value realization, and convert those findings into operational changes — playbook triggers, customer success plays, and scoping guidance
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Build services forecasting frameworks by package, with a clear structural distinction between revenue-generating services and services delivered as investment — these behave differently and should never be reported as one number
- Partner with FP&A to feed operational forecasts into capacity modeling and investment and hiring decisions, owning forecast volume, package mix, delivery capacity, and demand signal
Automation, AI & Enablement
- Identify, scope, and shepherd AI and automation use cases for Services — project status summarization, engagement artifact generation, and automated project health flagging — to give time back to the delivery team
- Partner with Enablement to define standard operating procedures that set clear expectations for team members, ensuring each procedure maps to an actual step in our systems rather than living only in a document
New Offering Readiness
- Own operational readiness for new services offerings and packages coming to market, including entitlement reporting impact, services intake changes, KPI and reporting implications, and pre-launch readiness review
Required Experience
- 4–6 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Services Operations, including direct experience supporting a professional services, consulting, or delivery organization
- Working knowledge of professional services operating mechanics — utilization, bookings-to-delivery, backlog, resource capacity, and scoping accuracy — and the practical difference between revenue-generating services and investment services
- Experience with professional services automation (PSA) tooling and how it integrates with CRM and customer success platforms
- Experience building forecasting or capacity models and partnering with Finance on how those models are used
- Demonstrated analytical rigor on outcome questions — able to structure a defensible comparison, such as serviced vs. non-serviced customer cohorts, and defend it to an executive audience
- Comfortable specifying requirements against a data warehouse and BI environment (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI) without owning the build
