Key Responsibilities

• Lead PagerDuty implementation and technical decision-making.
  

• Analyze existing Moogsoft configurations and map capabilities to PagerDuty.
  

• Design event orchestration, routing, correlation, deduplication, and suppression rules.
  

• Configure services, teams, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and responder workflows.
  

• Support migration planning, production cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
  

• Coordinate with monitoring, ServiceNow, and automation engineering teams.
  

• Optimize alert noise and incident management workflows.
  

• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed SOW outcomes.
  

• Lead technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
