Compliance, Controls & Reporting
Ensure payroll practices are aligned with applicable Spanish employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, tax requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support internal and external audits.
Monitor payroll deadlines and maintain robust controls across the monthly payroll cycle.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and people-cost data in collaboration with Finance.
Coordinate annual payroll processes, including tax certificates, annual reconciliations, and other statutory reporting requirements.
Handle confidential employee and compensation information with the highest level of discretion.
Maintain payroll data quality and ensure consistency between A3innuva, HiBob, and Finance records.

Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with People Operations and Finance to ensure accurate employee data, effective controls, and reliable reporting.
Coordinate with relevant external providers, advisors, and authorities when needed for specific payroll or compliance matters.
Communicate payroll timelines, required inputs, and relevant changes clearly to employees and managers.
What you'll need 🤝
Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll in-house in Spain.
