A quick snapshot
Being a Conga Senior Pre-Sales Architect is an exciting opportunity to help drive growth for an innovative, rapidly growing enterprise software company. You partner with sales and presales counterparts to go deep on a customer's technical fabric, existing systems, integration points, security, compliance, and data architecture, and translate that reality into a credible, well-architected solution. You address technical objections beyond product functionality and give customers confidence in the proposed solution. This role sits at the technical core of the sales cycle within a market Conga is helping to shape in real time, with career advancement commensurate with your contributions to the Conga Presales organization.

Each day for a Senior Pre-Sales Architect involves a variety of technical work: leading discovery on a customer's integration and security requirements, mapping their CRM/ERP and API landscape to a Conga solution design, and building the credibility needed to support detailed architecture conversations and executive presentations alike. A Conga Senior Pre-Sales Architect makes a difference across the company, partnering with sales, professional services, product, and development teams to ensure every proposed solution is technically sound and implementation-ready.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Technology and integration fluency. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of major CRM and ERP platforms, a solid grasp of typical ETL processes, and the ability to quickly learn new integration points, APIs, and technology versions as customer environments evolve. You understand basic cloud technologies and app development, and how AI is leveraged within a platform today and in customers' future integration plans. You stay current across a wide range of systems so you can speak credibly to how Conga fits into a customer's existing stack.
Communicator across altitudes. You can hold a detailed, technical conversation on integration architecture, data flows, and security requirements, and just as easily step into an executive presentation, calibrating the level of detail to the audience so every stakeholder leaves with confidence in the solution.
Capacity for parallel pursuits. You can support multiple active opportunities at once, prioritizing across deals without losing rigor on any single one.
Here’s what will give you an edge
Industry expertise. The ideal candidate has experience with CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management, and Document Automation solutions.
Related experience. 10+ years' experience in these systems, gained through delivery or professional services roles, pre-sales architecture roles, or similar technical customer-facing positions.
Willingness. A genuine willingness to learn new things and lean in to support customers and the broader team as the Conga platform evolves.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, employees receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
