About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Creative Technology team in the Marketing organization. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and evolution of the enterprise technology ecosystem supporting creative and content operations. The role also provides product leadership across Digital Asset Management (DAM), Creative Force, Adobe Workfront, Figma, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related creative technologies, ensuring these investments operate as a connected ecosystem and deliver measurable business value.
Part of the responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the capabilities and integrations that connect Creative Technology with the broader enterprise ecosystem, including CMS, marketing activation, commerce, product information, and data platforms such as Contentstack, Iterable, commercetools, Akeneo, and Snowflake.
Working across Creative, Photo Studio Operations, Marketing, DAM Operations, Site Operations, eCommerce, Digital Product, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor partners, this role will translate business needs into prioritized capabilities and identify opportunities to improve content velocity, productivity, automation, self-service, adoption, and business value.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the Creative Technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, and priorities across DAM, Creative Force, Workfront, Figma, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related platforms, including the capabilities and integrations required to connect Creative Technology with the broader enterprise ecosystem.
• Product & Portfolio Optimization: Translate business needs into prioritized capabilities while identifying portfolio gaps, rationalizing overlapping functionality, managing technology dependencies, and maximizing value from existing investments.
• Business Process & Integration Optimization: Drive cross-platform improvements and integrations that reduce manual handoffs, increase automation and self-service, and accelerate content from creation and approval through management, distribution, and activation. Define business requirements and desired outcomes for integrations with platforms such as Contentstack, Iterable, Snowflake, Akeneo, commercetools, and other enterprise systems.
• AI, Data & Innovation: Identify and prioritize AI, automation, data, and emerging technology opportunities that improve creative production, content intelligence, discovery, personalization, activation, and measurement. Explore opportunities to use content, customer, campaign, and performance insights to inform creative development and optimization.
• Stakeholder, Vendor & Investment Management: Align Creative, Studio, Marketing, DAM Operations, SiteOps, eCommerce, Product, Data, Engineering, Architecture, platform owners, and strategic vendors around priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and investment decisions. Develop business cases and recommendations for major capabilities, integrations, and technology investments.
• Performance & Value Realization: Establish KPIs and executive reporting to measure platform adoption, content velocity, integration effectiveness, operational efficiency, downstream utilization, business outcomes, and ROI. Use performance data and user insights to measure realized value and continuously inform product priorities.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related experience. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience supporting Creative Technology, Creative Operations, Digital Content, or a closely related technology domain.
• Required product management experience with enterprise creative technology platforms, including DAM, Creative Force or comparable studio production platforms, Workfront or comparable work management platforms, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Frame.io.
• Experience with CMS, PIM, eCommerce, marketing activation, and data platforms is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative, content, or workflow capabilities is a plus.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across integrated enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into prioritized product capabilities, integration requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience integrating creative technology platforms with adjacent enterprise systems and data ecosystems.

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office or remote location.

The base pay range is $92,810 - $170,000. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.
