Work directly with clinicians to identify high-value workflow problems, validate unmet needs across specialties, and translate clinical context into product direction Drive product decisions that contribute to revenue growth (new sales + installed base expansion), increased attachment and utilization, and maintenance retention through delivered value Drive prioritization based on measurable workflow impact and business outcomes, making clear tradeoffs across competing initiatives. EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or equivalent experience required (Master’s Degree preferred) Minimum of 8 years Product Management experience required, with demonstrated ownership of complex product areas or workflows Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare informatics Strong preference for candidates with direct clinical experience (e.g., radiology technologist, cardiac cath lab nurse, imaging specialist) Strong preference for candidates with experience in product design, particularly in designing complex workflows, user experiences, or clinical systems Experience working directly with clinical users Results oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently JOB COMPETENCIES Communication - Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
