This role is responsible to build a differentiated asset that helps CenExel connect the right patients with study opportunities.

Improves coverage, quality, consent management and usability through internal capabilities and appropriate third-party sources.
- Recruitment journey and prioritization. Owns an outcome-based roadmap and business cases across acquisition, leads follow-up, conversion, scheduling, engagement and retention. Identifies funnel bottlenecks, tests improvements, and prioritizes based on patient needs, business value and available capacity.
- AI and connected workflows. Partners with data and AI on matching, prioritization, next-best actions, forecasting and employee productivity. Validates usefulness and appropriate human oversight. Works with operations and engineering to ensure patient data and workflows transition reliably into site operations.
- Full-cycle execution. Turns discovery into clear priorities, prototypes, user stories and acceptance criteria. Makes trade-offs explicit, manages dependencies and works closely with engineering through delivery. Retains internal product ownership when working with vendors and delivery partners.
Measurement and continuous improvement
- Establishes baselines for database coverage and quality, feasibility response time, lead response time, conversion, screening attendance, no-show rates, enrollment, retention and recruiter productivity. Assesses recruitment cost and patient experience alongside adoption, and connects results to study delivery and business value.
- Takes hands-on responsibility for defining and implementing product instrumentation with engineering and data and AI, then establishes baselines and targets with business owners. Uses evidence to improve, scale or stop investments. Communicates progress, risks and decisions clearly to executive and frontline stakeholders.
- Prototypes ideas directly using AI and other rapid development tools to get user feedback and sharpen requirements. Embraces an AI-augmented software development lifecycle while partnering with engineering, privacy, compliance and quality on appropriate controls and validation.
