- Develops and delivers product and program performance reporting and insights to OEM customers and OEC leadership, ensuring outcomes are clearly tied back to business impact.
- Act as an escalation point for product-related issues, driving timely resolution and communicating outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serves as a subject-matter expert on applying AI within automotive supply chain, educating stakeholders and leadership on opportunities, risks, and responsible-AI considerations where relevant.
- Monitors adoption and performance of the product and features, iterating the roadmap based on usage data, customer feedback, and business results.
- Helps to guide the strategy and roadmap for supply chain forecasting and demand planning capabilities, ensuring models and tools reflect sound forecasting methodology and deliver actionable accuracy for customers.
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus Ain Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Statistics, Business or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience
At least 6 years of product management experience with a background that includes full product lifecycle ownership (market/opportunity analysis, requirements definition, development partnership, launch, and iteration), at least 3 years leading AI/ML-powered or data-driven product initiatives from concept through launch, prior experience defining and tracking product KPIs and designing experiments (e.g., A/B testing, pilots) to validate product hypotheses, plus a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional AI or data-driven product initiatives from concept through steady-state performance.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Working knowledge of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, data pipelines, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and responsible AI practices.
- Deep automotive industry domain expertise, including familiarity with OEM programs, dealer operations, and automotive supply chain workflows.
- Working knowledge of supply chain forecasting and demand planning methodologies (e.g., statistical forecasting, inventory optimization, forecast accuracy measurement) and how they translate into product requirements.
- Skilled at identifying high-impact AI use cases that balance technical feasibility, customer desirability, and business value.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM customers and internal senior stakeholders, comfortable owning those conversations directly.
- Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems and data into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership, and drive team and cross-functional efficiency to deliver against aggressive timelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment while maintaining quality and customer focus.
