Sr. Program Manager (Healthcare)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise initiatives for our healthcare clients. In this role, you will lead large, complex, cross-functional programs, keeping visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health while engaging senior leadership and key stakeholders.

This position calls for strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise programs. Healthcare experience is required, and member experience and Medicaid experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health.
• Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting across the program.

Financial Management:

• Own program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting:

• Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear, confident communication.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Healthcare experience required; member experience and Medicaid experience strongly preferred.
• Program Management: Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.
• Delivery Discipline: Proven experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Tools: ServiceNow Project Management experience preferred.
• Preferred Exposure: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java and React applications, AWS Lambda, and Figma.
