Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).

6+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.

Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.

Experience developing REST APIs using Django and Flask.

Experience with distributed systems and resilient software components.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience writing unit tests and building self-testing, maintainable code.

Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.

GCP experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Strong communication, autonomy, ownership, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to independently manage tasks and break complex engineering initiatives into manageable deliverables.

Practical experience using modern AI and agentic coding tools in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Django and Flask.

Work with PostgreSQL and Redis as part of the core backend stack.

Design reliable and resilient components for distributed systems.

Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Integrate and maintain solutions using AWS cloud services.

Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit and integration tests.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Take ownership of technical initiatives from design through delivery.

Break down complex initiatives, including refactoring projects, into clear and manageable tasks.

Collaborate effectively with product, architecture, and engineering teams.

Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly in daily engineering work.
