Team Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience building scalable, production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python backend development skills, experience with modern frontend frameworks, and a solid understanding of microservices and cloud-native development.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop responsive web applications using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and existing enterprise solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code following test-driven development and engineering best practices.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent Python frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application architecture.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
