They're currently looking for a Sr. Regional Buyer with ambition and potential to grow and develop within the company. Is that you? Responsibilities Take on procurement projects in the area of Indirect Sourcing / NPR (Non-Product-Related) Handle procurement projects including requirements analysis, Tendering, Supplier management and Price and contract negotiations Develop procurement strategies within the scope of responsibility Responsible for the local implementation of global and regional procurement strategies and processes Conduct, evaluate, and present various analyses Lead or participate in procurement projects, e.g., supplier consolidation Identify cost optimization opportunities and locally implement global contracts in collaboration with the Regional Category Management Work closely with various departments and the Indirect Sourcing Manager within the DACH region as well as other international procurement departments Qualifications Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Procurement, alternatively a commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a Certified Procurement Specialist (IHK) or equivalent Relevant professional experience in indirect procurement Well-established supplier network Good knowledge of MS Office Experience with Coupa is an advantage Fluent in German and English Native Romanian language valuable Benefits Attractive compensation according to the industry tariff Above-average pension plan 37.5 hours per week 30 days of vacation Extensive digital learning opportunities Health care and external employee counseling for personal and professional matters On-site canteen Employee parking spaces Flexible working hours and the possibility of "mobile work" If this sounds interesting, we'll be delighted to hear about you!
