About Viva Talent

Viva Talent connects US companies with Executive Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators, creating meaningful career opportunities for women across Latin America while welcoming talent of all genders. We’re a globally distributed team of 240+ people across 16+ countries and 3 continents.

Why this role exists

You'll build and improve the systems that connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, from first touch through expansion. You’ll use data to spot what’s slowing growth, recommend our next growth bets, and work with department heads to implement improvements and track their impact.

This is a fully hands-on role with no direct reports.

What you'll do

  • Own HubSpot and our GTM stack. Manage lifecycle stages and fields, data quality, integrations, conversion syncing with advertising platforms, tool access, and costs.

  • Define how Marketing and Sales work together. Establish lead qualification criteria (MQLs and SQLs), scoring, ideal-customer filters, routing, and follow-up SLAs, and track speed-to-lead.

  • Make channel performance measurable then suggest where we spend. Track where leads come from, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and payback by channel and recommend monthly spend allocation.

  • Keep pipeline and forecasts clear. Deliver a weekly pipeline report, track conversion rates between stages, maintain the forecast model, and analyze wins and losses.

  • Connect Sales and Customer Success. Ensure post-sale information is captured in HubSpot, bring customer health and usage signals into view, and track expansion opportunities in the pipeline.

  • Own the RevOps improvement roadmap. Identify and prioritize systems and process improvements that remove bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and improve revenue performance.

  • Build and implement AI-enabled workflows. Automate repetitive GTM work and validate the accuracy and value of the outputs.

  • Enable growth initiatives. Turn approved recommendations into workable processes with department heads, then monitor adoption and results.

  • Recommend growth and investment priorities. Identify opportunities to accelerate Viva’s core growth metric and recommend where to focus resources based on expected impact, speed to results, risks, and trade-offs.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, with hands-on ownership of systems and processes across the customer lifecycle.

  • C1 English and executive communication skills. You explain recommendations clearly, challenge assumptions constructively, and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • You’ve built or significantly improved RevOps systems and processes (0-1 and 1-n), with the ability to take work from identifying the problem through implementation.

  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise, including lifecycle configuration, data governance, integrations, and automation.

  • Strong commercial judgment and independence. You identify priorities, weigh risks and trade-offs, and make recommendations that influence growth and investment decisions.

  • Advanced, hands-on AI and automation expertise. You’ve built and deployed workflows that significantly reduce manual work and expand what you can deliver independently, while validating accuracy and results.

Helpful experience: Working in a startup or lean team; direct sales or customer-facing experience; and familiarity with Clay, Zapier/Make/n8n, and advertising conversion integrations.

Why you'll want this

Viva’s ready for the next stage of growth, and you’ll be a key player, working alongside our Co-CEO and department heads.

You’ll have the autonomy to find our next bets, guide where we invest, and turn insights into action, helping us actually create more career opportunities for women across Latin America.

We invest heavily in our people through:

  • 100% remote work, forever.

  • Competitive compensation with reviews every six months and performance bonuses.

  • Comprehensive global health insurance, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and routine care.

  • Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and family care days.

  • Family-friendly policies, including parental leave and flexible support.

  • A culture centered around growth, ownership, well-being, and continuous learning.
