It started with a simple idea: what if surgery could be less invasive and recovery less painful? Nearly 30 years later, that question still fuels everything we do at Intuitive. As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, our technologies—like the da Vinci surgical system and Ion—have transformed how care is delivered for millions of patients worldwide.

We’re a team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by one purpose: to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human. Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.

The problems we solve demand creativity, rigor, and collaboration. The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful—because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.

If you’re ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you’ll find your purpose here.

Primary Function of Position:

As a Senior Sales Strategy Analyst, you will partner with our commercial organization to solve complex, ambiguous business problems and deliver strategic, data-driven guidance that enables growth.

This position serves as a trusted advisor to the commercial leaders of our US Key Account business, shaping the analysis and recommendations that drive adoption of Intuitive technology. You will define and drive key performance metrics for the US Key Account business and help set the analytical direction for the team by scoping the right questions, building durable solutions, and mentoring junior analysts.

This is a highly analytical role requiring fluency with large and complex data sets, strong business judgment, and the ability to build and sustain influential relationships with senior executive partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of complex, often ambiguous business problems and deliver commercial insights and recommendations directly to executive leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our US Key Account commercial team (primarily Key Account Vice Presidents), independently framing problems and shaping the analytics that drive the business
  • Identify and drive improvements to internal processes and analytical infrastructure, maximizing efficiency and value across commercial leadership and the broader organization
  • Design and build scalable resources (reporting dashboards, models, and tools) that surface opportunities and make the commercial team measurably more effective
  • Own recurring quarterly deliverables end-to-end (executive reporting packages, sales performance reports, dashboard/tool updates), and raise the bar on their quality and rigor
  • Mentor and provide technical and analytical guidance to analyst peers and serve as a go-to resource on methodology and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and drive analysis through significant ambiguity and complexity
  • Proven ability to work independently and own initiatives from framing through delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with an ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate analysis into decisions
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization and data querying
  • This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.

Required Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Tableau & SQL preferred
  • Experience building reusable analytical tooling a plus

Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19. Details can vary by role.
