Sr. Salesforce Engineer

Overview Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Salesforce Engineer to support and manage onshore activities related to the EPLUS product built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should quickly understand the EPLUS product functionality, work closely with customers, and coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution. This role will serve as the primary onshore point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team. (Remote based in the US and able to work EST time zone) Key Competencies Customer Engagement Stakeholder Management Product Learning Agility Communication & Coordination Issue Resolution & Escalation Management Required Skills & Qualifications 5 + years of working experience working with the Salesforce platform. 5 + years of being a client facing role as Salesforce Consultant (Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.) 5 + years of working experience supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms . Ability to quickly learn new product features and business workflows. Working experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Salesforce Service/Health Cloud or Sales Cloud. Experience working with distributed/global teams. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
