• Develop and maintain Oracle Reports outputs (PDF, RTF, spreadsheet) and ensure delivered content meets Section 508 / WCAG Level A/AA requirements.

• Perform unit and integration testing, support QA and user acceptance testing, and deploy through change management governance.

• Manage code in Git/Subversion, track work in JIRA and Remedy, and maintain technical documentation in Confluence/SharePoint.

• Participate in code reviews and Integrated Project Team meetings; provide status input for Weekly/Monthly Status Reports.

• Support knowledge transfer, handoff of completed work, and Transition-Out activities.

• Experience with federal grants management or financial systems, and with interfaces to Treasury ASAP, FMMI, SAM.gov, or Grants.gov, strongly preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with backlog-driven delivery and formal change management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or valid work-visa holder, and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Moderate Risk or higher) background investigation (minimum NACI), fingerprinting, and an HSPD-12 PIV credential.
