Senior Software Engineer AI & Full Stack Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, Buckhead Area) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with AI Integration Experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer who understands both the art of building technology and the science of solving business problems. This is not just about writing code its about applying strong judgment, prioritization, and field vision to deliver the right solutions in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Youll work alongside the CTO and a small, highly collaborative team to architect, develop, and refine our next-generation platforms, integrating AI tools and automation where they add meaningful business value. What Youll Do Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications (React, Node.js, AWS) Lead AI tool integration and automation initiatives aligned to business goals Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate cross-functionally to translate ambiguous needs into clear technical solutions Work with third-party APIs, AI tools, and emerging technologies to unlock new capabilities Contribute to architectural decisions, tech stack evolution, and process improvements Prioritize ruthlessly: Focus engineering time on the initiatives that move key metrics Mentor teammates and help level up the teams technical acumen Own the release cycle, QA practices, and version control hygiene Engage directly with business stakeholders to ensure tech is solving the right problems The Tech Stack Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, Node.js, React Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, DataLake, S3, ECS, CodeBuild) AI/ML Tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns (preferred) Version Control: GitHub Methodologies: Agile, Serverless architectures What You Bring 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (React, Node.js) Strong experience building and integrating AI tools into existing systems Ability to turn business problems into AI-powered solutions Comfort working autonomously, with a clear sense of prioritization Experience working in fast-paced, venture-backed environments preferred Familiarity with the unique demands of financial services or venture capital is a plus Excellent communication skills able to translate technical into business impact A builders mindset: proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented What Sets You Apart You see through the noise and prioritize what matters You balance speed with rigor, knowing when good enough is enough to ship Youre motivated by impact, not just the tech itself You have field vision the ability to align technology to the business outcomes it needs to achieve Why Join Us?
