Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Lead the design and development of complex software applications and systems using Java and related technologies. This includes writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets functional and non-functional requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices for software development. Architecture Design: Contribute to the architectural design and decisions of software systems, including designing scalable, reliable, and secure architectures that align with business goals and industry best practices. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of Java applications by implementing efficient algorithms, tuning database queries, and leveraging caching mechanisms.
