Responsibilities Summary: (Virtual/Remote Role) The Senior Specialist, Benefits, Well-Being & Recognition is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide associate well-being and recognition programs. As a member of the Total Rewards team, this role serves as a key program lead and subject matter resource, helping deliver programs that enhance associate well-being, engagement, and the overall associate experience. This role partners with Total Rewards and Benefits leadership, HR business partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to coordinate and execute well-being and recognition initiatives. The Senior Specialist uses associate feedback, program data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increase associate awareness and engagement in available programs. Responsibilities: Well-Being Programs Coordinate and execute enterprise-wide associate well-being programs supporting physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being. Support the development and implementation of the organization's annual well-being program strategy and calendar. Lead well-being campaigns, associate challenges, educational programs, and engagement initiatives. Partner with benefit carriers, consultants, Employee Assistance Program provider, and other vendors to coordinate associate programs and resources. Identify opportunities to increase associate awareness, participation, and utilization of available well-being and benefits resources. Review program utilization, participation, associate feedback, and workforce trends to identify opportunities for program improvement. Support the development of well-being communications and educational materials in partnership with HR and internal communications teams. Help ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and relevant to a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. Track program performance and prepare reports and recommendations related to participation, engagement, and program effectiveness. Coordinate available vendor resources, carrier credits, and program funding to maximize the value of well-being initiatives. Associate Recognition Programs Administer and support enterprise-wide associate recognition programs and initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for recognition program questions, processes, and platform support. Coordinate recognition campaigns supporting organizational values, associate appreciation, service milestones, and other key associate moments. Partner with HR and business leaders to promote consistent and meaningful recognition practices. Manage day-to-day relationships with recognition vendors and platform partners. Monitor recognition program participation, utilization, and associate engagement. Analyze recognition data to identify trends, participation gaps, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness. Support program enhancements and new recognition initiatives based on associate feedback and organizational priorities. Maintain recognition program guidelines, processes, and supporting documentation. Benefits & Total Rewards Support Serve as a resource on associate well-being and recognition programs within the Benefits and Total Rewards function. Support broader benefits initiatives, associate engagement activities, and benefits communications. Assist with annual benefits planning, open enrollment, and associate education activities, as needed. Research emerging trends and market practices related to associate well-being, recognition, and associate experience. Recommend program improvements based on data, associate feedback, and industry practices. Ensure program administration is consistent with company policies and applicable requirements. Vendor & Program Coordination Coordinate day-to-day relationships with well-being and recognition vendors. Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and program deliverables. Support vendor implementations, program enhancements, and technology integrations. Participate in vendor evaluations, RFPs, contract renewals, and implementation activities. Coordinate with HR Technology, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other internal partners to support effective program administration. Maintain program documentation, vendor materials, implementation plans, and key program timelines. May assume other duties as applied. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Benefits, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, Total Rewards, associate wellbeing, recognition, or related HR programs. • Experience supporting or administering associate programs within a corporate environment. • Strong project and program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with HR vendors and external partners. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review program data and identify trends and opportunities. • Strong understanding of medical and insurance program structures and pharmacy benefits terminology, with the ability to engage vendors on utilization, analyze program data, and recommend strategic improvements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create associate-facing content. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive associate experience. • Experience working within a large, multi-location, or geographically dispersed organization preferred. Other/State Specific Compensation: This role pays a base salary between $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
