We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Master Data Management to support a major quality systems and data migration initiative within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will focus on the creation, maintenance, validation, and migration of Quality Control (QC) master data from LabWare LIMS into SAP Quality Management (SAP QM).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both SAP QM and LabWare, along with a strong understanding of master data management, data migration, and GMP compliance. This individual will work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable data throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of QC master data, including test specifications, test methods, retention inventory, and sample plans, from LabWare into SAP QM.
• Create, update, and maintain master data within both LabWare and SAP QM.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy before and after migration.
• Review and verify data extraction, transformation, and upload activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and tracking logs for all master data changes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Ensure master data meets GMP requirements, SOPs, and established data governance standards.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, IT, and SAP implementation teams to define and support master data requirements.
• Support SAP implementation, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) and LabWare LIMS.
• Strong background in master data management, including creating, maintaining, and validating complex data structures.
• Experience supporting data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
• Understanding of GMP requirements, data integrity, and quality systems within regulated environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, animal health, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of Quality Control, laboratory operations, manufacturing, inventory management, or supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with quality-related master data, including test specifications, sample plans, and inventory data.

Education & Experience

One of the following is required:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Relevant experience may include manufacturing, quality, inventory control, production control, master data management, or related disciplines.
