About Limble
At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Position Summary
Limble is focused on accelerating ARR growth that has created additional opportunities within the sales organization.. The Senior Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise Expansion owns a small, hand-picked portfolio of Limble's largest and highest-potential existing customers — accounts where the initial land represents a fraction of the total addressable spend across divisions, sites, and business units.
This role is a strategic penetration role: the person will build multi-year account expansion plans, build and sustain executive relationships at the parent/HQ level, and then use those relationships to open doors into divisional or subsidiary entities that operate with real autonomy. Success looks like turning a single-site or single-division contract into an enterprise-wide standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Expansion Strategy & Planning
- Build and maintain a formal, multi-year account plan for each named account: current footprint, whitespace by division/site, org chart, buying committee map, and a prioritized expansion roadmap.
- Quantify whitespace using usage data, asset counts, site counts, and industry benchmarks to size the realistic 12–36 month opportunity per account.
- Translate account plans into a rolling pipeline of expansion motions (net-new divisions, module upsell, seat/site growth, cross-sell).
2. Executive Relationship Development
- Develop and sustain trusted-advisor relationships with VP- and C-level sponsors at the corporate/HQ level of each named account.
- Act as the connective tissue between the customer's enterprise strategy (e.g., reliability, uptime, capex avoidance, sustainability) and Limble's platform roadmap.
- Represent Limble in executive business reviews (EBRs), sponsor visits, and strategic planning sessions.
3. Navigating Complex, Divisional Organizations
- Map and navigate matrixed, multi-division corporate structures where purchasing authority and operational autonomy sit at different levels.
- Identify and cultivate champions inside individual divisions/plants/regions who can validate value and pull HQ-level sponsorship through.
- Coordinate a consistent commercial approach across divisions to avoid pricing or positioning conflicts, in partnership with Deal Desk and Sales leadership.
4. Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Partner with Customer Success to align expansion timing with proven outcomes and health scores in the existing footprint.
- Engage Solutions Engineering, Product, and Services to scope multi-division rollouts, migrations, and technical proof points.
- Loop in Marketing and Enablement for account-based marketing plays and executive-ready ROI materials.
5. Forecasting, Pipeline & Commercial Discipline
- Maintain accurate, current CRM data, account plans, and forecasts using a consistent sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Negotiate and structure multi-year, multi-division commercial agreements, including enterprise pricing frameworks.
- Deliver against a quarterly and annual expansion ARR quota with disciplined, predictable forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic account, key account, or enterprise expansion capacity carrying individual quota.
- Demonstrated success expanding ARR within a small number of large, complex accounts — not just closing new logos.
- Experience selling into multi-divisional, multi-site, or matrixed enterprises (manufacturing, industrial, energy, facilities, or asset-intensive industries strongly preferred).
- Track record building and executing formal account plans and managing 12–24 month sales cycles with multiple buying committees.
- Proven ability to build relationships from VP to C-level and to navigate procurement, IT, operations, and finance stakeholders concurrently.
- Fluency with a sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) and CRM discipline (Salesforce).
- CMMS, EAM, APM, IoT, or broader industrial/manufacturing software experience is a strong plus, not a hard requirement.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, concentrated among a small account list rather than broad-territory travel.
