In the role of Senior Supply Chain Performance Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital Enablement Team. You will leverage data, analytics, and technology to develop key performance indicators, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions that drive operational excellence across the Supply Chain organization.
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Performance Management, you will partner closely with Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decision-making that enhances service, efficiency, and business performance.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicators that measure operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain network.
- Create and implement analytical tools, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights into brewery and supply chain performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve reporting tools and analytical capabilities, serving as a governance resource and subject matter expert for reporting best practices.
- Partner proactively with business stakeholders to understand needs, anticipate future opportunities, and deliver customized analytical support for strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Analyze performance results, identify trends and root causes, and provide recommendations that drive operational improvements and stronger business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data gaps, improve data quality, and enhance reporting processes that support effective decision-making.
- Translate business strategies into actionable plans, influence stakeholders, and help drive execution of initiatives that improve supply chain performance.
Key Ingredients:
- You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related environment.
- You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have experience developing dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- You are proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytical and programming tools used to analyze data, automate processes, and improve business performance.
- You have experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS.
- You possess a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
- You have experience managing complex reporting initiatives and working with large, sophisticated data sets.
- You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to transform complex information into practical business recommendations.
- You build strong relationships and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
- You demonstrate excellent judgment, professionalism, and influence while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects and SAP transactional systems is considered an asset.
- You are driven by results, curious by nature, and passionate about continuous improvement and driving meaningful business change.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
