- Lead weekly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to identify supply and demand risks, review week-over-week deviations, and drive slow-moving inventory actions with leadership, commercial, production, and procurement teams
- Build the Master Production Plan for all business segment portfolios and generate the material requirements plan (MRP) for purchasing
- Partner with plant operations on production scheduling for bulk, finished goods, and packaged materials
- Lead the Supply Review Process, coordinating across commercial, purchasing, manufacturing, regulatory, logistics, and customer service
- Partner with Procurement to identify and qualify new toll manufacturing and packaging partners
- Facilitate distribution requirements planning (DRP) from manufacturing sites to warehouses
- Ensure regular reconciliation of third-party site inventories and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure accurate, timely processing of purchase orders and production reporting from contract manufacturers in the ERP
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for planning functions within the ERP
- Partner with Product Management and Marketing on successful launches of new and rebranded products
- Own and report planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and bias, OTIF, days on hand vs. inventory targets, and slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and drive corrective actions
- Serve as delegate for the VP in SIOP, leadership reviews, and cross-functional escalations
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, master data quality, and reporting and analytics
- Partner with Customer Service on order priorities, allocations, and service recovery during supply constraints
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in purchasing, production planning/scheduling, or materials management
- Experience with computerized MRP/ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others, formally or informally
- Proven ability to present planning recommendations and trade-offs to senior leadership

- Leadership in driving change and improving the integrity of processes and systems
- A collaborative, positive approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities and suppliers as needed (up to 10%)
Preferred
- Planning and ERP experience in chemical manufacturing
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field
- Experience with Oracle Cloud
- ASCM/APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent certification in SIOP, inventory management, or planning
