Job Description This is a remote position. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring for laboratory and scientific roles. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory-related roles (e.g., Lab Technicians, Chemists, Microbiologists, R&D Scientists, QA/Compliance staff, and Lab Managers). · Partner with hiring managers and/or client stakeholders to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. · Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and industry-specific channels. · Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit. · Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified laboratory professionals for current and future hiring needs. Requirements Qualifications & Skills · 6 + years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-4 years focused on laboratory or chemistry related hiring. · Proven ability to fill niche technical roles in life sciences, food safety, pharma, or related industries. · Strong knowledge of laboratory functions, terminology, and skill sets. · Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines. · Excellent communication and relationship management skills. · Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing tools). · Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel.
