Impact You Will Own
• Shape and evolve the enterprise cloud platform, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable cloud services.
• Drive platform engineering best practices, automation, and operational excellence.
• Influence engineering standards, security, and developer experience across teams.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do
• Design, build, and optimize AWS-based cloud architectures and services.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Build platform capabilities using Kubernetes and Crossplane.
• Develop Python-based cloud solutions and automation.
• Implement secure, cloud-native delivery practices leveraging CI/CD, containers, and automation tools.
• Apply cloud security, networking, and application security best practices.
• Support cloud foundations for AI-enabled workloads and engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Capabilities
Must-Have
• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing AWS cloud architectures.
• 4+ years of Python software engineering experience.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, privacy, and distributed systems.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Crossplane and internal developer platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping technical standards.
• AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering workflows and AWS AI services.
• Frontend development experience.
