Impact You Will Own
• Deliver scalable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits solutions that support global business needs.
• Ensure reliable employee data, compliant processes, and seamless integrations across the HR technology landscape.
• Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and an enhanced employee experience globally.

What you'll do
• Design, configure, and optimise Employee Central and Benefits solutions, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardised solutions aligned with the HR technology roadmap.
• Lead global implementations, enhancements, testing, releases, and adoption activities.
• Partner with P&C, IT, vendors, and integration teams to ensure effective end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support governance, data quality, compliance, reporting, and complex issue resolution.

Skills & Capabilities
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including solution design and configuration
• SAP Employee Central certification is a nice to have
• Experience with Benefits is strongly preferred, while Compensation Management expertise is also considered a plus
• Experience delivering global HRIS implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, security, compliance, and benefits administration
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
