Sr Technical Lead – Node + React (Cod: RN)

Description
We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, design, and execution of technical solutions across various projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of backend development with Node.js and expertise in frontend with React and Angular.
This role is for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to be a technical reference point for the development team.

Responsibilities
Define the architecture and technologies for new projects, from the pre-sales phase to implementation.

• Write code for the most complex parts of projects and provide hands-on technical assistance when necessary.
• Guide and mentor the team's developers in solution implementation, promoting software engineering best practices.
• Serve as a source of reference and technical expertise for the team.
• Review the architecture and technology of current projects, proposing and executing improvements.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Skills
Demonstrable proficiency in development with Node.js, including building scalable APIs and backend services.

• Advanced experience in frontend development with React and Angular, including managing complex states and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design principles (e.g., microservices, domain-driven design, design patterns, etc.).
• Experience using both relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), as well as unit and integration testing.

Competencies
Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.

• Able to explain technical topics to both non-technical audiences and developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to manage and balance technical and strategic priorities.
• Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills.

Experience
Proven track record in a similar technical leadership role.

• Experience in defining and reviewing software architecture for complex projects.
• Experience in projects involving mobile development (hybrid or native) is a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Language
Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ required)
