About OncoHealth
OncoHealth is a leading digital health company dedicated to helping health plans, employers, providers, and patients navigate the physical, mental, and financial complexities of cancer through technology enabled services. Supporting more than 14 million people in the US and Puerto Rico, OncoHealth offers digital solutions for treatment review and virtual care across all cancer types.

About the Role
The Technical Program Manager (TPM – Engineering) at OncoHealth is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross functional engineering initiatives that power our oncology utilization management and digital health platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Data, and Clinical Operations, ensuring that technical execution aligns with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and patient impact. The TPM partners closely with Engineering leaders, Product Managers, Architects, and cross functional stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans, manage dependencies across teams, and deliver high quality software solutions at scale. The role requires a strong understanding of software engineering lifecycles, cloud native architectures, and agile delivery, combined with disciplined program management and clear communication. This is a highly collaborative technical program leadership role requiring strong project discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of Engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise OKRs and product roadmaps.
  • Proactively map and manage technical dependencies across multiple teams (e.g., platform, client, data and analytics, production support, DevOps, etc), ensuring that harmony between dependencies are identified and resolved well in advance of deployment.
  • Drive operational excellence by championing and optimizing Agile workflows; you will support teams in grooming, stand ups, sprint planning, acceptance testing, and retrospectives to ensure a predictable and sustainable delivery cadence.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into the program health, using data-driven insights to communicate executional progress, release readiness, risk management, capacity and utilization constraints, and timeline impacts to cross functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Continually champion and refine the organization’s delivery methodology—leveraging Lean and Agile principles to eliminate bottlenecks in the software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a TPM or Release Manager in a software engineering organization.
  • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope management, timeline management, resource management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and client / server architecture. Deep expertise in managing complex programs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, with a proven ability to manage dependencies in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical development and release plans into clear, actionable updates for a variety of stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior and executive leadership, and clinical stakeholders among others.
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc), specifically within regulated software environments.
